This product is an original factory-spec integrated sheep horn bearing assembly for Toyota Reiz (including hub bearings, ABS sensor magnetic rings and installation flanges), specially designed for the rear-wheel drive chassis of Reiz. Adopting high-strength materials and precise manufacturing processes, it ensures the rigidity of the suspension system, steering accuracy and driving safety.

The body of the horn (steering knuckle)
Material: High-strength ductile iron
Features: Strong impact resistance, resistant to braking heat attenuation, and does not deform over long-term use.
Bearing unit
Inner and outer rings: High-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15)
Rollers: Precision ceramic rollers (or bearing steel)
Sealing: Fluororubber oil seal

Hub flange
Material: Medium carbon alloy steel (40Cr)
Process: Forging forming + quenching and tempering heat treatment, hardness reaches HRC28-32.
ABS magnetic ring
