Dust cover: A crucial protective component, made of oil-resistant, weather-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber. It is filled with grease inside, sealing the entire ball joint to prevent dust and moisture from entering, which is the key to determining the service life of the ball.
Shell: The external main structure is made of steel, providing structural strength.
Pre-tightening spring: There is usually a small spring inside, which is used to automatically compensate for the wear gap between the ball head and the ball seat, maintain the tightness of the connection, and avoid the occurrence of clearance.
